We are serious about seeing every staff member succeed and grow, so we created the Summit Professional Development Program. This program consists of a series of Treks with a mountaineering theme that includes various topics to help staff members flourish at every point in their careers.
Teton Trek (Onboarding and Continuous Learning)
Teton Trek offers essential onboarding resources for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into our firm. It also provides access to ongoing training and recorded presentations, keeping everyone connected and informed.
Rainier Trek (Leadership Development)
The Rainier Trek Program focuses on self-evaluation, skill development, and mentorship. Annually, a select group participates in in-person workshops tailored for emerging leaders to sharpen their skills and gain comprehensive knowledge of the firm’s service lines.
Denali Trek (Innovation)
Denali Trek fosters discovery and innovation by providing funding, time, and recognition for staff-chosen projects. This program allows team members to pursue their passions and bring innovative ideas to fruition, aligning with our goal of continuous enhancement.
Pikes Peak Trek (Senior Leadership and Mentorship)
Pikes Peak Trek focuses on lifelong learning for Principals and senior leaders. It reinforces leadership skills and provides access to external mentors, ensuring our senior leaders stay at the forefront of industry trends. These programs reflect our commitment to nurturing talent, fostering innovation, and maintaining a culture of lifelong learning, ensuring a dynamic and forward-thinking firm.
