Logan Simpson created a new zoning and subdivision code for the City of Millcreek in Utah in order to help implement their General Plan. The project team helped untangle a complex existing code and reworked it to clarify, unify, and eliminate conflicts. With graphics, tables, and streamlined formatting the new code is easy to read, understand and use.
