The Henderson Strong Comprehensive Plan will exemplify a strategic blend of economic growth, open space preservation, and the creation of Nevada’s newest town center. The Plan will build on our previous work with the City, including the West Henderson Plan, Henderson Open Space and Trails Plan, BLM Sloan Canyon NCA Trails Plan, and the Inspirada Town Center Plan, which is currently halfway developed. The plan seamlessly integrates surrounding open space and federal land with Henderson’s urban fabric, enhancing connectivity from trails to parks and fostering a vibrant, sustainable community.
