Logan Simpson coordinated with the Coconino National Forest in Arizona and with Arizona Public Service (APS) to prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the APS Coconino-Verde 230kV Fiber Optic Project. In support of these efforts, a biological assessment (BA) and a biological evaluation (BE) were prepared and training materials to minimize impacts to sensitive biological resources were provided. Cultural resource surveys and monitoring were provided.
