Patricia has 22 years of experience preparing a variety of environmental studies, including environmental reports; categorical exclusions (CEs); EAs; environmental determinations; preliminary initial site assessments; environmental overviews; geotechnical compliance forms; encroachment permits; as well as assisting on complex environmental impact statements and other environmental documents. Patricia has experience working with APS, SRP, and Western Area Power Administration, and in coordination with multiple local, state, and federal agencies, including the BLM, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and ADOT, to manage and complete the required environmental documentation and environmental project management. Patricia has extensive experience managing large NEPA projects involving multiple jurisdictions and cooperating agencies.
