Kevin Boesch, CPESC Senior Permitting Specialist at Logan Simpson
Mr. Boesch has over 15 years of Clean Water Act (CWA) Sections 401, 402, and 404 permitting and dust control experience. kop securo He is responsible for conducting all site inspections and stormwater monitoring for Logan Simpson’s active stormwater and dust control projects. His primary job responsibilities include routine environmental monitoring, training, and stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPPs) production for large energy and infrastructure projects.

Mr. Boesch has conducted stormwater training, inspections, best management practice (BMP) and stormwater control measure installation oversight, and environmental protection administration for contractors during the construction of several large linear projects to bring those projects’ stormwater documents and work activities into compliance with state departments of environmental quality Construction General Permit requirements.
